Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • Call us at 1-800-562-5766 for authorization AND for the correct return address.

  • Repack item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip.

  • Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. Once the package has been received we will happily send you a replacement OR an alternate product, if you so choose.

All returns that are not due to an incorrect shipment or damaged/flawed merchandise will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Also, it should be added that when items are returned, refunds will be issued for the product only, not shipping charges. 

Damaged or defective merchandise that are returned will be replaced with no additional shipping charges upon our receipt of those items.
